Eggnog

6 separated eggs
1/2 brown sugar
1 quart milk
2 cups cream
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
beat egg yolks and sugar in a bowl,
slowly beat in the milk and then stir in the cream.
In another bowl whip egg whites until they stick up in peaks.
heat up the mixture to your desire, and spread the whipped 
egg whites on top.
