Omelet!

1 tablespoon butter
4 eggs
6 shakes salt and pepper
5 tablespoons chives
Mix the eggs, chives, salt and pepper in a bowl.
melt the butter in a cast iron pan until sizzling
when sprinkled with water.
pour the egg into the pan and cook until golden.
Flip when needed.
EAT!
